A:Our warehouse is in Asia / North America / Europe, etc. and a maintenance team thato provide technical support and parts repair service. If you encounter any difficulties when placing an order, please send an email to Qiewa.escooter@gmail.com , We will do our best to help you.

 

*How to check the final price and delivery time?

A:If you want to buy a scooter or any parts, the fastest way is to contact us by email first, or contact us on Qiewa official Facebook or INSTAGRAM. Our online customer service is available 24 hours, we will give you the price according to different countries, let customers know the final price and delivery time.

 

*How long will it take for my package to arrive?


A:We will try our best to process your order within 1-3 working days. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after placing the order. (Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped on Monday), once shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation and detailed tracking information by email. Orders from the US or EU should arrive within 3-25 days after the order is shipped. Asian orders should arrive within 3-10 days after the order is shipped, but sometimes may be detained by customs. How much does shipping cost?

A:We strive to maintain low shipping costs. The shipping price associated with each item is displayed at checkout. Fees vary due to delivery warehouse and delivery time

 

How do I change my shipping address?

A:Before placing your order on Qiewa, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart.

If your order was placed within the first 8 hours, You can contact the website customer service or send an email to modify it.

Once your order has shipped, it's no longer possible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.
