We have equality warranty and provide after-sale customer service for the product. If any quality issue, please feel free to contact us, we will offer professional instructions and solutions timely.

 

 

Warranty

Qiewa provides a 1 year warranty (motors and batteries for half a year). If you have a problem with the scooter, you can contact the online customer service staff through Official website or Facebook. We will provide technical support to help customers until the scooter returns to normal. Even though it has exceeded the warranty, we will also allow customers to purchase parts at a low cost price. NOTE : The warranty is not covered with the consumable parts, such as flat tires and brake pads.I f the damage is caused from improper using or man-caused damage, we are not responsible for any illegal use of the device.

During the maintaining period, all the accessory costs and Shipping charge are paid by the buyer side. when buyers the wrong size or wrong color

 

The seller shall assume no liability for wrong return and refund loss, the buyer should bear more than 20% return charge, and double-way transportation charge should on buyer charge.

 

The scooter which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

 

Note: Goods cannot be returned, and orders once accepted by Our Company cannot be canceled, except upon the written approval of Our Company. Before you return items, please contact us firstafter-sale Customer Service email address: Qiewa.escooter@gmail.com.

 

Cut to size items and special orders may not be returned unless it has been determined to be provided in error by Our Company. Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges. If the returned goods affect the second sale, our company will be appropriate to charge fees and packaging fees.
